Lead subsidiaries in monthly and annual financial closing (Balance sheet, P&L, Notes, Cash flow) per HGB; Act as the point of contact for subsidiaries on consolidation, valuation, and disclosure questions; Coordinate and support subsidiaries in planning and forecasting processes; Prepare operational business developments with Plan vs. Actual variances and analyses; Consolidate monthly segmented group income statements for internal reporting; Contribute to the creation of the group annual financial statements and business report per HGB; Create monthly result and cash flow reports by segment; Configure and maintain consolidation software based on multidimensional databases; Coordinate with international auditors.
