Responsibilities
Manage highly complex and strategically essential proposals and programs; Develop contracts' overarching vision and strategies; Serve as CAE operations Site Lead for all USSF programs; Perform financial analysis and develop planning, programming, and budgeting documentation; Monitor and manage day-to-day progress of assigned programs; Lead the production of cost proposals; Participate in key sales situations and negotiations; Oversee program budgets and schedules including subcontractors; Review weekly labor actuals and approve BOEs and ROMs; Take ownership of resource forecasting; Author operations status charts and coordinate contractor management meetings; Meet with customer and contractor team members weekly to discuss project status and funding requirements.
