Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing; Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals; Provide direct, evidence-based therapy; Guide families in understanding child's needs and strengths; Partner with parents/caregivers to support skill carryover; Coordinate with teachers, pediatricians, and other providers; Maintain accurate clinical documentation; Track client progress and adjust treatment plans; Participate in team meetings and school-based meetings (IEP/IFSP); Educate parents on home exercise programs and strategies; Stay current with best practices and continuing education.
