8+ years of software engineering experience, excellent at craft, relentless in pursuing excellence, take full ownership of work, drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, communicate proactively, surface blockers, ask right questions, keep stakeholders in loop, thrive on experimentation, test ideas, measure results, iterate quickly, strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving, worked with LLMs in production, understand what it takes to deploy them at scale, experience with AWS and serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments, know Python, comfortable with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, excited by problems others are struggling with.
