Responsibilities
Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial statement close process; Ensure assigned work is performed in compliance with SOX controls and company policy; Develop and maintain process documentation for DTC processes; Participate in project implementation for new processes to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX Controls; Work with IT to support business requests and develop reporting; Proactively identify and implement process improvements; Support annual internal and external audits; Investigate reporting discrepancies; Collaborate with various departments on financial results; Perform ad hoc accounting and finance requests and special projects.
