Manage day-to-day onshore technical monitoring and support for FPSO maintenance, cargo, marine, and process activities; Plan and execute minimum shutdown maintenance projects within budget; Coordinate Flag and Classification Society surveys to ensure certification validity; Liaise with clients, contractors, and local communities regarding vessel functionality; Manage onshore engineering, material, and equipment support for maintenance and repairs; Conduct technical performance and reliability reviews of FPSO systems; Organize emergency response and medevac in collaboration with client plans; Visit offshore to maintain presence and motivate the team; Train operations engineers for career development; Participate in contract negotiation and supplier selection; Select and appraise local employees; Implement company management system and operational procedures.
