Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work; Carry out fault finding and leak investigations; Comply with Health & Safety processes; Complete reports and paperwork; Oversee and work alongside the maintenance team; Control and direct specialist sub-contractors; Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures; Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs; Participate in regular, structured on-call system; Be responsible for all keys and locks within the site; Undertake painting duties; Report all incidents/accidents and log them in the Health & Safety system
