Responsibilities
Serve as key point of contact for international distributors and retail customer operations teams; Assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain and reduce operational costs; Develop understanding of international distributor and retail partner distribution models and inventory planning needs; Produce qualitative/quantitative data to drive business decisions; Oversee smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers; Provide weekly sell-in data vs. forecast to Finance, Sales, and Operations stakeholders; Track and monitor weekly sell-out data and retailer in-stock levels; Partner with distributors and planning teams to drive additional orders or forecast adjustments; Track and report on key international customer supply chain KPIs including fulfillment, in-stocks, and service levels; Participate in customer demand forecasting and assortment decisions; Support new market launches and regional assortment expansion; Connect internal functions to drive supply chain improvements such as fill rate and on-time delivery; Educate and align internal teams on international customer expectations and best practices.
