Responsibilities
Assist buyers with purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and delivery tracking; Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and performance; Support Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs; Assist with RFQs, quote comparisons, and sourcing activities; Collect and analyze purchasing and delivery data to identify trends; Support supplier performance activities and issue resolution; Create and maintain Excel reports and supply chain metrics; Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership.
