Responsibilities
Direct the Program Management team and ensure program tracking against schedule, budget, and technical requirements; Own site-level program financial performance including forecasting and margin tracking; Coach and mentor program managers to build succession depth; Lead design and rollout of standard work processes using RBS methodology; Collaborate with other sites to standardize tools and reporting; Participate in proposal preparation, negotiation, and kickoff meetings; Identify and manage program risks and mitigation plans; Serve as escalation point for customers; Participate in strategic planning and new business development; Build relationships across engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain; Own hiring and performance management for the team.
