Responsibilities
Perform painting, groundskeeping, light fixtures, light plumbing, drains, fuses, sump pumps, switches, faucets, and furniture moving; Assist with routine to intermediate plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting work; Work with facilities and housekeeping teams for snow removal and safety; Perform sheet rock repairs and install new walls or ceilings; Carry, lift, and deliver supplies and tools; Operate JHU vehicles to pick up parts and materials; Open and close work orders and enter them into the system; Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; Respond to emergency situations after hours; Assist housekeeping when needed
