Responsibilities
Perform and oversee daily laboratory operations for high complexity NGS assays, Supervise and provide guidance to laboratory personnel, Ensure accuracy and validity of test results through review of quality control, Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other applicable regulatory requirements, Assist in development, validation, implementation, and optimization of NGS assays and workflows, Monitor laboratory workflow, turnaround times, and resource utilization, Troubleshoot technical issues related to instrumentation, assays, and data analysis, Review and maintain laboratory documentation, Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
