Co-own PDP Phase with NPD including gate reviews and readiness documentation; Execute launch plans with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tooling and Sourcing; Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; Oversee quality plan execution and audit-ready documentation; Participate in NDI meetings to address issues and verify BOM structures; Provide feedback on designs and manufacturing capabilities; Support sales with customer-facing launch information; Develop cut-in timeframes and coordinate market rollout; Lead project transition from planning to execution; Identify special processes or new systems for early builds; Align with NFI manufacturing standards with Supplier Development teams
