Interact with Storage and Deployment teams; Support a High Availability Disaster Recovery (HADR) environment; Work closely with developers to create and maintain schema objects, design and debug triggers, stored procedures and user defined functions; Monitor and maintain maximum performance of databases; Design and implement processes and procedures to reduce and eliminate database outages and downtime; Design, implement and maintain database security strategies; Coordinates resolution of complex inter-domain technical problems; Perform DB2 LUW maintenance activities; Troubleshoot database production problems and database connectivity issues; Implement Business Continuity Solutions such as Database refresh, cloning, Database Backups; Monitoring the database environment on a regular basis for performance and other issues; Configure and maintain database high availability
