Responsibilities
Responsible for system bookings; Establishes and maintains an open line of communication between departments; Helps identifying and solving booking issues; Drives resolution of orders received; Responsible for analysis, review, and status tracking of systems orders; Reviews system purchase orders terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy; Evaluates discrepancies identified during purchase order review; Monitor discrepancies until resolved; Responsible for sending customers acknowledgement of approved orders; Works with other departments to release Sales Orders and ensure timely shipments of tools; Responsible for sales order maintenance by validating sales orders and monitoring any PO or configuration changes; Responsible for closing system sales order files by filing complete and accurate documentation relating to the sale.
