Responsibilities
Provide process support, installation, and resolve process/system/productivity issues at customer sites; Serve as key field support for Beta sites, evaluations, or first-in-fab installations; Design and conduct experiments to optimize device architecture and process modules; Partner with customers to address process deviations through root cause analysis; Develop new or modified processes and define best known method process recipes; Provide technical leadership and instruction for Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and customers on installs, repairs, and operations; Coordinate statistical analysis of failure rates and develop continuous improvement plans; Recommend design changes to technical solutions and monitor performance trends.
