Responsibilities
Provide process support, installation, and improvement of Lam equipment at customer sites; Serve as key field support for Beta sites and first-in-fab installations; Design and conduct experiments to optimize device architecture and process modules; Partner with customers to address process deviations and meet new technology requirements; Develop new or modified processes and best known method recipes; Provide technical leadership and instruction for Field Service Engineers and technicians; Coordinate statistical analysis of failure rates and continuous improvement plans; Recommend design changes and monitor performance trends.
