Partner with business and technology teams to improve how connected digital tools, data, and processes enable product development and operational efficiency; Support the transformation of engineering and product development processes by identifying future-state capabilities and helping drive cross-functional alignment; Apply knowledge of the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, to improve process efficiency and business outcomes; Contribute to the adoption of modern engineering practices, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and digital thread initiatives; Help streamline Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes by supporting product configuration and options management improvements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Quoting, IT, and Product Management to drive process enhancements and user adoption; Evaluate and implement technology solutions that simplify processes, improve data quality, and enhance user experience; Support the integration of AI, machine learning, and analytics capabilities into business processes to improve decision-making, operational insights, and speed to market
