Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end return logistics including authorization, documentation, transportation, receipt, triage, and routing; Manage regional Return Automation Management (RAMs) processes; Coordinate material movement across fabs, depots, and repair partners; Partner with Field Service Engineers and Account Teams; Ensure accurate system transactions for returns and inventory; Monitor return cycle time and exception queues; Serve as regional point of contact for escalations; Support hazardous materials compliance; Contribute to root-cause analysis for process breakdowns; Identify continuous improvement opportunities; Maintain regional SOPs and work instructions.
