Responsibilities
Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team to ensure understanding of program goals and consistent performance; Lead engagement with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and negotiating PPV and NRE; Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities; Proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan and mitigate them.
