Project Manager

Description: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and agreed objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional team members, managing dependencies, and mitigating project risks. The Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, facilitate collaboration between departments, and create and maintain project documentation. The role requires strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. The position operates within the company’s Project Management Office (PMO) and supports the execution of initiatives across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-department team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables Ensure that projects are delivered on time and aligned with agreed scope and objectives Support resource coordination and planning across departments Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Coordinate internal teams and external parties for the smooth execution of projects Report project progress, outcomes, and risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues when necessary Facilitate communication and collaboration between participating departments Requirements: ● 2+ years project management experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) ● Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders or departments ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability ● Proven ability to solve problems and manage priorities effectively ● Experience in Forex, FinTech, financial services, or a regulated environment is an advantage Why join CFI? · We’re a fast-growing, multinational company · Competitive salaries and benefits · Work and learn with industry professions · Supportive and collaborative environment · Unlimited opportunities for growth and development Not what you are looking for?
