## About the role We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed AI Process Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team at HFM. As an AI Process Optimization Specialist, you will work as part of our programming-oriented AI Team and collaborate closely with departments across the organization to identify inefficiencies and deliver AI-driven improvements. Your role at HFM: - Analyzing workflows across IT and non-IT departments to identify manual processes, bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for automation. - Designing, developing, and prototyping AI-powered solutions using Python, LLMs, and internal platforms to improve productivity and operational efficiency. - Working closely with the AI Team Lead and AI engineers to ensure solutions align with the company's overall AI strategy, standards, and reusable components. - Implementing and integrating automation workflows with internal systems, APIs, and data sources in a production-ready manner. - Preparing clear, structured presentations and documentation to communicate findings, proposed solutions, expected impact, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Delivering training sessions and practical guidance to teams to support adoption of new AI-enabled workflows. - Monitoring deployed solutions, collecting feedback, and continuously improving performance, reliability, and usability. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience building automation or AI-driven solutions. - Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, with practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs). - Proven ability to translate business or operational problems into technical solutions. - Experience working in a programming-oriented team, following engineering best practices such as version control, code reviews, and documentation. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes. ## What we offer - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
