## About the role
HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an AI-Driven Web Developer with strong full-stack experience to bridge modern web engineering with Agentic AI capabilities. The ideal candidate leverages Generative AI tools to accelerate development workflows ("Vibe Coding") while building intelligent web features, AI-powered user experiences, and the backend systems that support them. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to critically evaluate and take ownership of AI-generated solutions.
## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize modern full-stack web applications and internal tools.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features, automations, and agentic workflows into websites.
- Apply Vibe Coding practices by using AI-assisted tools for code generation, debugging, and testing while maintaining full ownership and validation of all code before production.
- Write, refine, and optimize prompts for AI-assisted development and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of visual design, branded UX, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Implement SEO-friendly front-end solutions and maintain high standards for performance, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proactively identify performance or workflow improvement opportunities and stay up to date with emerging web and Generative AI technologies.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and dynamic working environment.
## Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js and Python or PHP for backend development and API integration.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI API, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows & Tool Calling.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI-powered services into websites and web applications.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to generate clear, structured, and effective code.
- Solid experience building and maintaining backend systems and internal tools supporting web applications.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and SEO within modern web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on product understanding and technical ownership.
