As a Senior Business Analyst on this project, you will work on systems responsible for order processing and execution within the CFD Forex Exchange domain. The role involves designing and refining pricing flows for traders and internal products, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. You will actively collaborate with users and integrated systems, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and contributing to the optimization of trading operations. This position gives you direct influence over key decision-making processes in order execution, pricing strategies, and system interoperability. ## Responsibilities - Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams, with thorough and precise documentation - Collaborate effectively across Product, Design, Development, and QA teams throughout the task lifecycle - Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines - Quick to onboard into new domains and adapt to changing environments - Proficiency in creating visual representations of requirements: Unified Modelling Language (UML), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) - Experienced in writing and refining User Stories, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams ## Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Proficient in English, both written and verbal ## Nice to have - Background in fintech, with an emphasis on CFD trading - Familiarity with various API types and their specifics: REST API, WebSockets, gRPC, FIX Protocol - Message queues and brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace) - Experience with CI/CD processes and their role in software development - Proficiency in Russian language ## Interview steps - Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) - Technical Interview (~60 minutes) - Final Interview with managers (~60 minutes) ## What we offer - Excellent compensation package - Medical insurance - Provident fund - In-house gym with a personal trainer - Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages - Company discount card for various products & services - 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually - Shuttle bus service from Limassol - Birthday gift - Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support ## About the company FxPro is a leading international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai, and Yerevan.
