Senior Graphic Designer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling advertising and social media banners that not only captivate but also maintain alignment with our brand's identity. Your role at HFM: - Design innovative, culturally relevant advertising and social media banners that resonate with diverse global audiences while maintaining strong regional sensitivity. - Design innovative, high-converting landing pages and website layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) and strict alignment with brand identity. - Understand and apply elements of design principles to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with campaign objectives and company branding guidelines. - Manage and execute all graphic design tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards in all deliverables. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design to keep designs fresh and engaging. - Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the visual aspect of the brand. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - At least 5+ years working at a similar role. - Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design. - Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven design tools and platforms to enhance creative workflows. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with other graphic design software.
