The SEO Specialist will play an important role in our marketing team to drive organic growth through SEO strategies. The role involves executing on-site and off-site SEO to boost high-quality traffic, working closely with the marketing team to enhance our digital presence. Your role at HFM: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve visibility across search engines. Conduct systematic keyword research to uncover new opportunities and collaborate with content teams to optimise content targeting. Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement link-building strategies, coordinating with content writers and outreaches to acquire high-quality backlinks. Perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Audit technical SEO aspects of the website, including site performance, taxonomy, and structured data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective. Requirements 2+ years’ experience in developing and executing international SEO strategies, preferably with large-scale websites. Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical SEO errors, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush. Excellent analytical skills and creative thinking, with a strategic and results-oriented approach to SEO. Native or near-native proficiency in English. A team player with a passion for supporting and collaborating with team members. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
