Senior Finance Executive

We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing the financial health, planning, and strategy of the organization. This role ensures accurate financial management, compliance with regulations, and supports leadership in making informed business decisions through in-depth analysis and forecasting. Your role at HFM: - Develop financial models, forecasts, and long-term planning strategies. - Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. - Prepare annual budgeting processes across the organization. - Track, analyze, and report variances between actual and budgeted performance. - Recommend cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Prepare consolidation of financial data and ensure timely reporting. - Manage cash flow planning and ensure liquidity for business operations. - Optimize working capital and credit control processes. - Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies. - Support internal and external audits; prepare required documentation. - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Mentor junior finance staff and support team development. - Work closely with other departments to align finances with company goals. - Advise senior leadership on financial impacts of strategic decisions. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, ACCA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting standards, and tax regulations. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and finance software (SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.). - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. ## Key Competencies - Strategic financial planning - Leadership and decision-making - Strong analytical and numerical skills - High integrity and confidentiality - Problem-solving and critical thinking - Excellent communication and presentation abilities ## Benefits - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
