UI/UX Researcher

Your primary mission is to optimize the user experience across our platforms, ensuring our products are intuitive, effective, and delightful. ## Your role at HFM - User Requirements & Planning: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the line manager and product managers. - User Research & Training: Conduct competitor analysis and in-depth user research. Identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to UX problems. Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate designs and uncover user pain points. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. - Design & Prototyping: Create design assets including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web interfaces. Ensure a consistent and branded look across all products of the company. ## Requirements - BSc/BA in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or relevant field. - 2+ years' experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or a similar role. - Proven working experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered approach. - Demonstrated ability to apply user research and usability testing findings to the design process. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, high quality standards for your work, and a high sense of responsibility. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent knowledge of Figma. - Knowledge of Wireframe tools. ## What we offer - Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home) - Monthly Wolt Vouchers - Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance - Provident Fund (Upon completion of the trial period) - Summer Short Fridays (August) - Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service) - Birthday Leave - Training & Education Allowance - Udemy Business access - Gym Membership - Referral Bonus Program - Additional Support - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance
