Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues (task crashes, memory corruption, CDC failures) using core dump analysis and memory profilers. Develop and expand automated test coverage using the Scalable Test Platform (STP). Deliver security fixes within SLA and contribute to security compliance initiatives. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release management. Collaborate with Database Engineers to reproduce and fix customer-reported issues. Participate in on-call rotation, triaging production incidents and driving them to resolution.
