## Responsibilities
- Write real software and collaborate with experienced engineers who provide guidance and opportunities for ownership.
- Be fully integrated into a team and regularly contribute to impactful deliverables.
- Help solve complex technical challenges at Amazon.
- Receive 1:1 mentorship from a full-time Amazonian for the entirety of the program.
- Work part-time during the school year (16 hours/week) and full-time during the summer (40 hours/week).
- Be part of an established Jr. community in Atlanta, fostering meaningful connections with peers.
- Upon successful completion of the program, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment at an Amazon corporate site.
## Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Graduating June 2028 and beyond.
- Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Ability to work year-round until graduation (part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer).
- Ability to work in person year-round at the Atlanta corporate office.
- Must be living within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA.
- Able to start work in September 2026.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, or C++ including object-oriented design.
