Sr. Software Engineer, Alexa Connections

## Responsibilities - Design and develop large-scale agentic AI systems that power Communications features on Alexa. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand a range of Agentic AI requirements and deliver solutions that ensure high data quality and availability. - Contribute to evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve our Alexa systems. - Support team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. - Work across various layers of our technology stack to ensure end-to-end data excellence. ## Requirements - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience. - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience. - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team. ## Nice to Have - 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. ## Benefits - Work at the intersection of disruptive AI technologies and real-world impact. - Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals who are as excited about innovation as you are. - Push the boundaries of what's possible with Alexa+. - Make a difference for millions of customers. - Ensure a high quality bar and CX for our customers.
