Lead and mentor multiple systems engineering teams including managers and senior engineers; Define and drive systems engineering strategies and roadmaps for new builds; Develop departmental plans, set organizational priorities, and allocate budget and resources; Oversee design, implementation, and operations of complex systems and infrastructure; Collaborate with product, operations, and technology partners to define project scopes; Guide continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational procedures; Lead performance planning and development for infrastructure build team members; Lead design and deployment of innovative architectures for maritime requirements; Manage development and governance of contracts and service level agreements for third-party suppliers; Develop new-ship technical specifications; Partner with shipyard to develop ship design as it relates to technology; Develop labor plan to support design and build phases; Partner with Marine Technical, Entertainment Technical, and DX Technology to integrate requirements into new-ship design.
