Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and IT teams. Lead project meetings and governance forums by setting agendas, tracking decisions, and ensuring commitments are met. Establish robust project governance standards including documentation protocols and reporting requirements. Proactively identify project risks or delays by conducting impact analysis and proposing mitigation actions.
