Support oversight and day-to-day management of FCC and Core Compliance technology platforms; Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements; Partner with stakeholders to translate regulatory needs into technology requirements; Support technology initiatives including upgrades, enhancements, and remediation; Participate in UAT, testing coordination, and validation activities; Assist with change management processes and audit trail maintenance; Support responses to regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews; Coordinate regulatory responses related to technology platforms and system controls; Support compliance with technology governance requirements; Coordinate with IT, architecture, security, and risk partners; Track and support remediation of identified gaps or findings; Work closely with vendors and consultants for solution delivery and issue resolution.
