Manage finance and accounting function for plant operations; Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and compliance processes; Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting to support executive decision-making; Partner with leadership on pricing, investments, profitability, and cost management; Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes; Ensure statutory reporting and regulatory compliance; Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities and investments; Align financial tools and processes with operational needs; Review general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries; Implement and monitor financial reporting controls to support SOX compliance; Assess financial and compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies; Drive continuous improvement of financial processes; Create and maintain documentation for financial processes and SOPs; Provide training on SOX compliance and internal controls; Monitor legal, tax, and regulatory changes; Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition; Partner with business on timely billing and milestone-based revenue recognition.
