Responsibilities
Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production process including incoming materials, in-process, and final inspections; Perform quality audits throughout the manufacturing process; Set up and perform tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics; Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions; Assist with problem resolution throughout manufacturing processes; Support the revision and preparation of internal and external Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection (FAI); Support continuous improvement and new product/process development projects
