Responsibilities
Plan and execute material requirements for assigned Data Center products and suppliers, Convert demand signals and supply plans into purchase orders, Manage order placement, rescheduling, and cancellations, Track open orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, Monitor supplier lead times, order confirmations, and delivery performance, Follow up on late or at-risk orders and drive resolution, Monitor inventory levels and support alignment with planning parameters, Support the weekly S&OE process by providing updates on material availability and supply risks, Partner with Sourcing on supplier-related topics such as capacity or lead time changes, Coordinate with Logistics to support shipment timing and priority decisions, Partner with Manufacturing and Planning teams to align supply with production needs
