Responsibilities
Act as the contact point for Fuels leadership functions and support areas like procurement, wholesale, sales, gas stations, and logistics; Support sites as an internal service provider and provide expert advice on processes and system applications; Lead and participate in cross-functional projects within the Fuels unit and Energy division; Analyze, optimize, and develop business processes including documentation and implementation of new solutions; Support and develop used systems and applications and ensure operational support as a Key User; Plan, conduct, and accompany training sessions; Conduct analyses, support controlling topics, inventories, and identify optimization potential; Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations and participate in quality management, hazardous materials, BCM, and KRITIS topics.
