Independently responsible for cost estimation of construction services in bridge rehabilitation, including quantity and cost determination; Review tender documents, create offer and contract cost calculations; Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier services; Create bills of quantities for functional offers; Develop and evaluate construction schedules and prepare special proposals
