Responsibilities
Evaluate tender documents and projects considering technical and contractual risks; independently calculate construction costs for bridge projects; create bills of quantities for functional tenders; determine quantities and costs; coordinate with internal and external specialists and subcontractors; consolidate trade estimates into a total bid; plan construction schedules using bar charts or time-distance diagrams; prepare supplementary offers and special proposals; create contract estimates and hand over to operational units; draft change orders during construction; regularly communicate and coordinate with the head of technical internal services.
