Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design from discovery to launch for agent harness projects; Define composition and surfacing of agents, skills, tools, and memory; Design experiences for delegating security work while maintaining control; Create patterns for reviewing, correcting, and recovering from agent-generated work; Design conversational and agent interaction models across multiple surfaces; Establish product patterns for trustworthy AI behavior; Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate agent solutions; Conduct customer discovery and usability testing with security/compliance users; Translate technical constraints and AI quality considerations into design direction; Collaborate on design systems to create reusable AI experiences; Create design briefs, workflow models, and prototypes; Communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners; Contribute to design critique and raise quality bars; Shape responsible AI and human control approaches; Identify opportunities to improve design organization workflows.
