Responsibilities
Ensure MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained safely; Monitor power and environmental conditions within critical spaces; Perform assigned maintenance tasks using internal CMMS; Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities; Escort and support outside contractors; Respond to site incidents and execute MOP/EOP documentation; Support and follow all Change Control policies; Perform site rounds and report issues; Participate in construction and commissioning activities; Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety laws; Complete other duties as assigned; Participate in MOP/SOP/EOP documentation process; Support development of site policies and standards; Work with team to deliver 100% uptime of critical infrastructure
