Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day production operations to meet output, quality, safety, and delivery targets; Drive safety and quality culture ensuring compliance with GMP, OH&S, and regulatory standards; Manage and develop a large operational workforce; Set expectations, allocate work, and monitor team performance; Ensure production schedules and KPIs are achieved; Support production planning, changeovers, and equipment set-up; Oversee assembly, testing, and inspection activities; Analyse operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions; Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams; Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.
