Responsibilities
Ensure work area maintains 5S standards and update Daily Management boards; Coordinate with Supervisors to maintain a safe working environment and retrain associates on safety; Lead quality issue resolution and conduct training sessions to resolve defects; Champion and enforce standard work methodology; Assist in training new associates on machine operation, setup, and procedures; Coach associates on safe work practices, time management, and adherence to plant rules; Interface with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to identify and solve improvement areas; Communicate concerns regarding personnel, safety, quality, and delivery to Supervision.
