Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion molding machinery; Perform routine machine set up and changeovers between production runs; Operate and monitor basic plastic molding and extrusion equipment; Monitor production process using checklists and inspection tools; Perform routine maintenance duties on cleaning and basic adjustments to machinery; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plastic molding, extrusion, and finishing processes; Maintain accurate records of production data, maintenance logs, and issues; Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications; Assist in training junior technicians; Make process adjustments to ensure steady production and minimize interruptions; Suggest improvements to OEE of plastics equipment; Complete color changes.
