Make dimensional and mechanical inspection and test of Gear Reducers, subassemblies, components and units; Check parts using specific inspection procedures and direct reading instruments; Inspect returns to determine root cause of problems; Offer training to employees to improve quality and set processes; Determine reasons for defects and provide reason codes; Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly (5S standard); Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and procedures
