Responsibilities
Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specified requirements, Create inspection plans and advise on inspection gage/process, Complete Containment / Second Final Inspection Audits, Issue and/or complete Corrective Action Requests, Perform In-Process Audits to verify workmanship standards, Work with QE and ME to determine root cause on quality issues, Correlate data and update daily and weekly internal quality metrics, Participate in daily Gemba or Go-and-See production meetings
