Responsibilities
Own site-level financial performance including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP; Maintain and improve cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation; Act as site finance lead for SAP ERP transformation activities; Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting; Train and coach non-financial leaders on financial concepts; Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and cost reduction opportunities; Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range financial planning processes; Serve as a key business partner to the Plant Manager; Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support plant initiatives; Maintain a strong internal controls and SOX-compliant environment; Develop financial dashboards and operational metrics; Participate as an active member of the plant leadership team
