Manage shared services accounting team to drive timely completion of all deliverables with first time quality; Review monthly journal entries and overall general ledger for accuracy; Review accounting policy responsibilities including consolidated quarterly A/R bad debt reserve, hedging entries, standard costing, and asset disposals; Establish Centers of Excellence to drive consistent processes across AMC divisions; Manage Intercompany out-of-balance process and work with divisional Finance leaders to resolve issues; Implement standard operating rhythm for compliance items including account reconciliations, audit activities, and SOX deficiencies; Develop processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards.
