Coordinador/a de Validaciones
En Catalent estamos buscando un Coordinador/a de Validaciones para nuestra planta productiva de Loma Hermosa, Buenos Aires.
Principales Responsabilidades:
• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Validaciones, promoviendo una cultura de aprendizaje, responsabilidad y mejora continua.
• Coordinar las actividades del área asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios y de calidad.
• Identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan a la eficiencia y excelencia operacional.
• Impulsar la incorporación de herramientas digitales, automatización e Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar los procesos del área.
• Liderar proyectos e iniciativas transversales en colaboración con otras áreas de la organización.
• Utilizar indicadores de gestión para la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento del desempeño.
• Promover una gestión orientada a la calidad, el cumplimiento regulatorio y la seguridad del paciente.
Conocimientos / Competencias:
• Liderazgo y desarrollo de personas.
• Trabajo colaborativo, influencia transversal y gestión del cambio.
• Mejora continua, resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
• Gestión de proyectos y priorización de actividades.
• Herramientas digitales, análisis de datos e innovación aplicada a los procesos.
Formación / Experiencia:
• Profesional graduado de Farmacia, Ingeniería Química, Biotecnología o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas de Validaciones dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
• Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
• Conocimiento de normativas GMP y requerimientos regulatorios aplicables.
• Se valorará experiencia en automatización, herramientas digitales y análisis de datos.
• Inglés intermedio/avanzado
